Terrazzo has 72 condominium units under contract and closed the sale of 60 units, announced Bill Barkley, Terrazzo’s developer. More than one-third of the sales occurred in the last four months.

Next week, Terrazzo will release its two-story penthouse residences for sale and open a two-story, designer model home. The seven penthouses range in size from a two-bedroom/two-bath home at 2,400 square feet to a three bedroom/three bath at nearly 3,200 SF. Prices for the penthouses start at $845,000. Both levels of the two-story penthouses have elevator access. Terrazzo penthouse homes include special features such as multiple terraces; windows up to 20-feet high; fireplaces; expansive master bedrooms, baths and closets; and kitchens designed for entertaining with professional appliances, including a 6-burner gas cooktop and warming drawer.

The furnished penthouse model is a three bedroom, three bath residence, designed by Dana Goodman Interiors.  It features three terraces, two fireplaces, an open staircase flanked by steel and glass railings, and a 460-square-foot master bedroom with 20-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The model home will be available for sale with or without furnishings.

“The accelerated sales event, held in late November, introduced more than 1,000 people to Terrazzo within a very brief period,” said Barkley. “Since that time, we have experienced consistent momentum in sales and are very pleased with our progress. When we first envisioned this project four years ago, we set out to build a great community in The Gulch. Today, we’re seeing the Terrazzo vision become a reality.”
