Terrazzo in The Gulch

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 21, 2011) — Terrazzo, the Silver LEED-certified mixed-use development in The Gulch, has sold 102 of its 117 condominium homes, and only 15 homes remain available for sale, announced Burgin Dossett, senior vice president of Crosland Tennessee, Terrazzo’s developer.

“Terrazzo has experienced steady sales for the last 18 months and is now 87% sold,” said Dossett. “The homeowners have taken an active role overseeing the Terrazzo Homeowners Association, and Terrazzo has become the vibrant community we had envisioned.”

Homes that remain available for sale include two-bedroom condominium flats that range from the mid $300,000s to the low $500,000s and two-story penthouses that are priced from mid-$800,000s to $1,150,000.

Terrazzo’s commercial space has also experienced increased activity and is now 55% leased.

“As Nashville’s economy continues to grow, we expect to sell most of our remaining residential inventory and lease another 25% of our office space by the end of the year,” said Dossett.

Terrazzo penthouse offers a private sanctuary at the top

Penthouse bedroomThe two-story penthouse on the 14th floor of Terrazzo is the framework for everything an urban homeowner could desire — from soaring floor-to-ceiling windows offering sweeping views of the city to luxurious amenities and quality finishes throughout.

Dana Goodman, ASID, of Dana Goodman Interiors has thoughtfully designed this Terrazzo model home to “move right in.”

Throughout the space, soft shades of cream meld with the changing light of day. In contrast, sleek charcoal Italian cabinetry in the kitchen is beautiful and functional. Arranged galley-style, for an efficient work triangle, the open kitchen allows cook and guests to mingle.

Follow the staircase to the sprawling master suite and a higher floor-to-ceiling view of the city below. In addition to the fabulous king-sized upholstered bed, two cream-colored leather chaises with opposing views offer the perfect space for sleeping, reading or daydreaming. A second bedroom shares the upstairs space. The generous guestroom is a suite on the main floor.
