BE Music & Entertainment selects Terrazzo for its new offices — Terrazzo office space now 76% leased

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 15, 2011) —  BE Music & Entertainment, the artist development company formed by London Broadcasting Company, has selected Terrazzo for its new Nashville offices, announced Burgin Dossett, senior vice president of Crosland’s Tennessee division, Terrazzo’s developer.

Terrazzo is an award-winning LEED Silver certified, mixed-use development in The Gulch.

BE Music &Entertainment has signed a long-term lease for a significant portion of the second floor office space at Terrazzo. Its offices will feature extensive technology applications and include executive offices, writing rooms, recording and edit bays, and a 2,000-square-foot performance area. BE Music plans to start construction immediately and move in early fall.
